I told myself I was going to launch a podcast on my 35th birthday, turns out I did.
If you’d like to give it a listen you can do so from the little widget down below or find it on Spotify via this link: https://open.spotify.com/show/5EgCkTKuvUFDGiSsQc6U4r?si=X7pAYyt4SNu5UQkG8VbcVA someday it may land other places but as this is currently just a side project for me it’s not something that is high on the gotta make it happen list.
So why a podcast? I don’t actually know, seemed like it would be easier than a book I guess 🙂 But mostly I talk to a lot of people and from my end of things it seems like I generally have a good perspective to offer and I know there’s a lot of things that I wish I could tell people. Remind people it’s okay to be not okay, that different is definitely not a bad thing… it’s just different, and oh the times I have just wanted to walk up to someone who is being not a great human and give them a hug and say hey I understand that you’re probably going through some shit right now…. I can’t even count.
And I guess that is all going to come out as an every so often ramble in the form of a podcast. If you listen, I hope you like it, but if you don’t that’s okay too.
Turns out I had a few more things to say so Episode one comes with its very own bonus track for your enjoyment as well.
If you’d prefer to read transcripts of the episodes they’re available as well – please note that I do use an automated service to make these happen and as much as I like to think I speak clearly and perfectly sometimes they don’t always get it right.
My goal is to eventually get to a point where I create an actual show notes document complete with all sorts of helpful information and all the things that are typically in a show notes document (note to self: figure out what show notes are) and all of the wonderful things but for now this will do just fine.

If you like what I’m sharing there’s a little orange button in the corner that leads to this place called “Buy Me a Coffee” and while I don’t actually like coffee I do love support so feel free to leave a little something if it feels like the right thing for you.
